*Draft, review, and advise on a wide variety of structured finance and derivatives transactions, including direct lending, project finance, aviation finance, loan-linked derivative transactions, repurchase transactions, risk participation agreements, total return swaps and other Over the Counter (OTC) derivatives. *Review and advise internal stakeholders on swap related provisions in loan agreements, intercreditor agreements, and other loan documentation for Loan-linked ISDA Master Agreement negotiations, including the preparation of memos summarizing the Loan-Linked terms, drafting Confirmations, and assessing the impact of counterparty modifications on Bank standards and/or close-out netting $150,000 to $270,000
